1. Introduction

Lauren Concrete ("Lauren Concrete," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Supply Sync dispatch portal (the "Portal") and the Supply Sync Mobile application (the "Mobile App," and together with the Portal, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information. When an administrator creates an account for you, we collect your name, email address, phone number, role, employer or transportation company, and credentials used for authentication.

Dispatch and Load Data. We collect information related to orders, dispatches, loads, pickup and delivery locations, materials, quantities, pricing, signatures, and delivery photos generated through normal use of the Services.

Device and Log Information. We automatically collect device identifiers, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, access times, and pages or screens viewed.

Location Information (Mobile App). With your permission, the Mobile App captures your device's location only at the moment you tap a button to document your presence at a pickup or delivery site, to update a load's status, or to attach a delivery photo. The App does not continuously track your location and does not collect location data in the background.

Communications. We retain records of messages, notifications, and support requests exchanged through the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate users and enforce role-based permissions;
  • Schedule dispatches and loads, verify on-site arrival, and capture proof of delivery;
  • Send transactional notifications (assignments, status changes, alerts);
  • Generate invoices, perform billing, and reconcile accounting records;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  • 4. How We Share Information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Within your organization. Dispatchers, transportation managers, drivers, and administrators within the same tenant can see information necessary to perform their roles.
  • Transportation companies and partners. When dispatches are assigned, relevant load, location, and contact information is shared with the assigned hauler, driver, or partner organization.
  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, mapping, accounting integrations, and customer support, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights and property, or address safety issues.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • 5. Mobile App Permissions

    The Supply Sync Mobile App may request the following permissions:

  • Location. Used only when you tap a button to confirm arrival at a pickup or delivery location, update load status, or attach a delivery photo. The App does not use background location.
  • Notifications. Used to alert drivers to new assignments and schedule changes.
  • Camera and Photos. Used to capture delivery photos, signatures, and supporting documentation.
  • You can revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit the functionality of the Mobile App.

    6. Data Retention

    We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Operational records such as dispatches, loads, and invoices are retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

    7. Security

    We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    8. Your Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

    9. Children's Privacy

    The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
